HOw to SIGN UP & HOURS

PLEASE READ ALL THE RULES

 

  • When you sign up on thenolimitgym.net we will approve you to become a member on the WIX APP. All members should download the free app to cancel classes if needed, see updates, see how many spots are left, etc.

You can only sign up for one class a day. If we see your name on multiple spots, you will be removed from the classes you signed up for and will not be able to train that day.

 

  • You can only book two days in advance.

  • classes capped at 14 athletes.

  • You will not be allowed to sign up other members. Only 1 spot per-member. 

  • Example: you can not select quantity 2 for you and your friend. They will have to sign up for their spot.

    • Athletes can enter the gym 10 minutes early before class starts. 

    • Example: 6:15am  class, athletes can enter the gym at 6:05am.

    • If you do not sign up for class, you can not train. Coaches will get notifications when someone signs up.

  • If you are late, you can not train and will be charged $10.00 on Venmo or PayPal. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • If you no show you will be charged $10.00 on Venmo or PayPal. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Please be respectful of all coaches and athletes. 

  • come ready to work everyday!

Monday’s THRU Friday’s Morning training hours:

5am

6:15am

8am

9:15

 

Afternoon/evening training hours:

3pm

4:15pm

5:30pm

6:45pm (no 6:45 Friday's)

* Fridays last class will start at 5:30pm*

 

Saturday & Sunday:

8:30am & 9:45am

INTRO CLASS:

Monday 7:45pm

 

COVID-19 SAFETY HOURS

RULES TO FOLLOW...

  • Everyone must sign a updated waiver and health questionnaire before training

  • Class will be capped at 14 athletes.  Everyone must sign up on thenolimitgym.net 

  • No shows will result in a $10 charge

  • If you are sick of any nature, you CAN NOT TRAIN

  • If you’re late, you don’t train...no exceptions

  • Everything must be wiped down after every use and class.

  • Gym programmed classes only. 

  • All classes will be programmed the same including the 5am breakfast club.

  • No work uniforms/construction boots allowed in the gym AT ALL

  • Bring your own accessories(belt, jump rope, tape)

  • BE READY TO WORK!
