Return phase

The schedule will change for the safety and well being of everyone. We will have 15 minute gaps for the coaches to make sure everything is wiped down and cleaned properly for the next class and that the athletes aren’t rushed out of the gym. We want every member to understand we are going to try our very best to make sure everyone is getting the best training and feeling comfortable while at the gym.

For safety of everyone here will be some new rules and guidelines that we must follow until we are allowed to operate as normal:

  • Everyone must sign a updated waiver and health questionnaire before training

  • Everyone must wear a mask at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Class will be capped at 10 athletes.  Everyone must sign up on 

  • No shows will result in a $10 charge

  • If you are sick of any nature, you CAN NOT TRAIN

  • Must already be dressed to train

  • If you’re late, you don’t exceptions

  • Everything must be wiped down after every use and class

  • Gym programmed classes only. 

  • All classes will be programmed the same including the 5am breakfast club.

  • No partnering up until further notice

  • No hanging out in the gym before or after training

  • No work uniforms/construction boots allowed in the gym AT ALL

  • No one can bring their children, dogs or anyone to watch/wait

  • The gym shower is off limits until further notice

  • Bring your own accessories(belt, jump rope, tape)

  • We are not going to have our FREE INTRO until we are able to work at full occupancy

  • If you haven’t been a member between October 2019 till now we are asking you to wait for the intro classes to come back. Email for special circumstances i.e. deployed, school, etc.

  • We are not taking drop-ins until further notice


Please understand these changes are ultimately for your health and safety. We are doing our absolute best to create a new and safe environment for everyone to return to and appreciate your cooperation as we all grow together. Please be COACHABLE during these new guidelines.


We hope everyone understands these policies are temporary until we can get back to our regular scheduled program.
