Return phase

The schedule will change for the safety and well being of everyone. We will have 15 minute gaps for the coaches to make sure everything is wiped down and cleaned properly for the next class and that the athletes aren’t rushed out of the gym. We want every member to understand we are going to try our very best to make sure everyone is getting the best training and feeling comfortable while at the gym.

For safety of everyone here will be some new rules and guidelines that we must follow until we are allowed to operate as normal:

  • Everyone must sign a updated waiver and health questionnaire before training

  • Class will be capped at 12 athletes.  Everyone must sign up on thenolimitgym.net 

  • No shows will result in a $10 charge

  • If you are sick of any nature, you CAN NOT TRAIN

  • Must already be dressed to train

  • If you’re late, you don’t train...no exceptions

  • Everything must be wiped down after every use and class

  • Gym programmed classes only. 

  • All classes will be programmed the same including the 5am breakfast club.

  • No partnering up until further notice

  • No work uniforms/construction boots allowed in the gym AT ALL

  • Bring your own accessories(belt, jump rope, tape)

  • We are not taking drop-ins until further notice
