Dennis Day X Merry Thanksmas

The workout will be held at Father Judge's track.

• We will be doing a team of four relay run.
• Each team will run 16 miles total. Four miles per-person (16 laps each)
• Teams will select an order and must stick to that order until 16 miles are complete
• Person 1 will run 400m then rest.
• Person 2 will run 400m then rest.
• Person 3 will run 400m then rest.
• Last, person 4 will run 400m then rest & person 1 will go.

• Start time is at 9am sharp
• $35 a person (includes shirt) & bring a brand new unwrapped toy to the gym.
• 40 athlete cap (no exceptions)
• Teams will be selected the morning of workout at the track.
• Sign-ups will end if needed the Monday before. We will not be expanding the amount of athletes
