WHAT
WE
DO

We offer a strength and conditioning program that is designed to tap into your inner athlete.

We use the RPE scale to measure our level of intensity, power output and strength.

Rated Perceived Exertion (RPE) Scale

The RPE scale is used to measure the intensity of your exercise. The RPE scale runs from 0 – 10. The numbers below relate to phrases used to rate how easy or difficult you find an activity. For example, 0 (nothing at all) would be how you feel when sitting in a chair; 10 (very, very heavy) is how you feel at the end of an exercise stress test or after a very difficult activity.

0 – Nothing at all

0.5 – Just noticeable

1 – Very light

2 – Light

3 – Moderate

4 – Somewhat heavy

5 – Heavy

6

7 – Very heavy

8

9

10 – Very, very heavy

We program 3 full body workouts and 3 mobility/core/conditioning workouts. We program this to help our athletes with their schedules.

We program in 4-6 week waves to see adaptation. We program in blocks paired up for push, pull and lower body splits. This way the athlete can recover better during the movements, sets and for the next day training.

Our training is for our athletes, benefits, safety and results.  We don't fall victim of what's trendy in the training world on social media.  We program for the athletes we have in our gym ONLY.  We believe in consistency and progressive overloading for results. Everything can be modified for anyone who has a history of an injury, mobility issues, or just needs to get back in shape. This program is for everyone as long as you don't let your ego get the best of you.

We all say, I was in my best shape when I was playing this sport or training for this or that. Why can't we keep that going? Why can't we get back to a similar version of when we felt our best? Let us help you find your inner athlete!

HOW
WE
DO

We offer a professional environment and a knowledgeable staff dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals that will always challenge you so that you never become bored. We have created a community that will inspire and motivate you.

Instead you will find pull-up bars, kettle-bells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved. It means that all your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport.

We believe in consistency. We follow the motto, "stack your days". Which means be the best version of you today and try to be better than that tomorrow.

WHY
WE
DO

Constant self-improvement

The Mamba Mentality is a mindset for constant self-improvement in the pursuit of your highest potential in life.
