GETTING STARTED
AT NLG
This is where your training enters the realm of sport and the competition begins. Classes are intense, challenging, and move quickly. Workouts are generally 60 minutes and have 3 main components:

Warm up / stretching

Skill development

Athletic workout
We use weights, do calisthenics, body weight exercise and some gymnastics combined with running, rowing, and jump roping. Movements are all functional and every workout is different.
DO I NEED
THE INTRO CLASS?
The vast majority of people who are new to No Limit Gym must begin with an Intro class. There is, however, the occasional athlete who has sufficient proficiency in our programming and can join our Group Classes immediately. If you have a strong background in weightlifting, solid capacities in basic body weight movements like pull-ups, push-ups, ring dips and handstands, and believe you are reasonably fit, you may be a candidate to join our group classes.
