We are back at it again! We had such a successful first go around, we are doing it again. Same rules, different workouts. Workouts will be randomly selected the day of. Every heat will have a different hero workout. The last place finisher of each heat will be eliminated.

- Clean & Jerk (Men 165# | Women 110#)
- Snatch (Men 135# | Women 95#)
- Thruster (Men 155# | Women 105#)
- Box Jump (Men 24" | Women 20")
- Pull-up (No Band)
- Wall Ball Shot (Men 10' target @ 20# | Women 9' target @ 15#)
- Kettlebell Swings (Men 70# | Women 53#)
