On November 23rd, thanksgiving morning we will be honoring Dennis McDaniels for our 4th annual Dennis day. We also be collecting toys for toys for tots. Please bring a brand new unwrapped toy to the gym the week of.
🔹The workout will be held at father judges track. Please park on Solly Ave. NO PARKING IN PARKING LOT.
🔹We will be doing a team of four relay run.
🔹each team will run 12 miles total. 3 miles per-person (12 laps each)
🔹teams will select an order and must stick to that order until 12 miles are complete.
